The Assistant Store Manager role at StorQuest Self Storage involves acting as the first-line contact for customers in the Store Manager’s absence and potentially covering multiple sites. You’ll oversee daily operations, revenue and occupancy, while maintaining cleanliness and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will handle rentals, payments, merchandise and insurance sales, and may assist with truck rentals at certain locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service or Sales.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Available to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and provide exceptional service.
• Manage daily store operations, revenue, delinquency, and occupancy.
• Process rentals, payments, merchandise and insurance sales, and truck rentals.
• Maintain an immaculate facility and handle cash deposits in a timely manner.
