O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team in servicing customers, manage staffing during peak hours, and participate in hiring and training to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification
• Required: RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification
• Desired: ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure coverage during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals and coaching team members on training.
• Assist in the hiring process including recruiting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure all store processes (returns, invoicing, transfers) are followed accurately and timely.
