Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Experience leading a retail team and delivering customer service excellence.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive service programs.
• Work with store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and exchanges are processed efficiently and accurately.
