O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role involves leading a store team during the manager's absence, achieving service goals, and coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive program execution.
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting goals, coaching, and training team members.
• Participate in hiring by recruiting and interviewing candidates with management oversight.
• Manage telephone calls per company policy and ensure orders and transfers are processed timely.
• Coordinate with management to communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, handle money deposits, and maintain security.
