Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team during the Store Manager's absence and on opposing shifts, driving performance and service excellence across all customer touchpoints.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and you will work to meet staffing, training, and service program goals while maintaining store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Minimum training and certifications to lead a store team as Assistant Manager.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development in retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels at the showroom and coach team on service programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and manage training goals and feedback.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed promptly and communicated to customers.
