You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, uphold brand standards, and execute daily tasks that boost sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in fast-paced retail, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team across Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards and policies.
• Analyze business trends using available reporting to identify opportunities and take action.
• Recruit, train, and retain a customer-focused team through coaching and recognition.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies and inventory management are followed.
• Maintain a safe work environment with ongoing safety training and accountability.
