World Market in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while upholding our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily priorities, coach staff, and deliver a customer-first experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performance team aligned with World Market values.
Drive daily sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards.
Partner with the Store Manager to manage customer experience, freight flow, operations and merchandising.
Recruit, train, and retain staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
Uphold loss prevention policies and inventory controls; support safety initiatives.
