The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to coach and motivate staff in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities
