In partnership with the Store Manager, you will develop staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure customer-first service, loss prevention, and safe, efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze trends, coach associates, and model our brand values while embracing flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop a high-performance team.
• Ability to plan daily tasks, prioritize, and drive customer-first selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-first selling culture and drive engagement and brand values.
• Analyze store trends and use reporting to identify opportunities and take action.
• Plan daily tasks and operate in the Store Manager's absence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team with coaching and recognition.
