Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. in Honolulu, HI seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager on service, sales, and operations. You’ll lead the floor, coach your team, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll help recruit, onboard, and train a strong team, model Rothy’s Experience, and drive loyalty through clienteling and teamwork across daily store activities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through leadership.
• Coaching and developing talent on the sales floor.
• Familiarity with merchandising and shipment operations.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week including peak days.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team.
• Train on SOPs, service expectations, selling skills, and product knowledge.
• Own areas of responsibility under the Division of Responsibility program.
• Provide ongoing coaching and 1:1s to raise performance.
• Drive store operations and visual merchandising for a seamless experience.
