Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, ideally in a service focused environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong coaching, talent development, and team building abilities.
• Operational expertise including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing store team; provide feedback and 1:1 coaching; ensure SOPs and brand standards are met; manage MOD and DOR programs; foster a positive, engaging culture.
• Customer Experience: deliver exceptional service on the floor; grow customer loyalty through clienteling; own product knowledge and brand storytelling; drive sales and KPIs; plan in-store events to boost brand awareness.
• Operational Excellence: plan and execute weekly to annual business strategies; manage payroll, staffing, and store expenses; oversee inventory and cross-functional collaboration for brand performance.
