Job summary

Rothy's Honolulu store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, driving service, sales, and operational excellence on the sales floor.

You will lead by example, coach the team, manage daily operations, and act as Manager on Duty, delivering personalized clienteling and a seamless customer experience.

This role requires 2–4 years in retail with leadership, flexibility for peak hours, and a commitment to Rothy's sustainable brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through personal performance and team leadership.
• Strong skills in coaching and developing talent on the sales floor.
• Familiarity with operational processes, including merchandising and shipment.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Uphold Rothy's Experience by following our dress code and wearing Rothy's shoes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy's Experience with exceptional service and selling from the floor.
• Coach and inspect team behaviors to uphold brand standards.
• Drive sales and KPIs by supporting goal-setting and daily coaching.
• Plan and execute in-store events and activations to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
• Maintain presentation standards including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and dress code.
