Rothy’s in Seattle, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service, sales growth, and smooth store operations. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through personal performance and team leadership.
• Strong skills in coaching and developing talent on the sales floor.
• Familiarity with operational processes, including merchandising and shipment.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training a strong store team.
• Maintain a high performance standard by training on SOPs, service expectations, selling skills, and product knowledge.
• Support the Division of Responsibility (DOR) program by owning assigned areas.
• Develop team performance through floor observations and regular check-ins.
• Support daily store operations and visual merchandising for a seamless customer and employee experience.
• Lead and model Rothy's Experience through exceptional service and selling from the floor.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling and relationship-building on the sales floor.
• Drive sales and KPIs by supporting goal-setting and daily coaching.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events and activations to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain presentation standards including cleanliness and dress code.
