StorQuest Self Storage in California is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily site operations and guest services. You’ll help manage rentals, payments, delinquency, and upkeep while delivering a memorable customer experience.

This role may be full- or part-time and serve multiple sites as needed. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or sales, strong cash handling skills, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or sales preferred.
• Experience handling cash and payments.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Support Store Manager with revenue, delinquency, occupancy and cleanliness.
• Manage rental process: conversions, payments, merchandise, insurance and truck rentals at some locations.
• Assist with cash handling, receipts, deposits and balancing.
