LOFT in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape store culture. This role leads on the sales floor and coaches associates to embody the brand.

You will help recruit, hire, and develop talent, use technology for a seamless omnichannel experience, and partner with the Store Manager to drive results. This is a regular/full-time position with $20.00–$25.00 hourly USD pay.

Competenze

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset in connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
