LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates in Plainview, NY. You will lead on the sales floor, mentor teammates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit and develop talent.

You’ll drive omnichannel support, deliver consistent brand experiences, and help implement action plans that boost store performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsabilidades
