POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead store operations, open/close procedures, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide a team, uphold store standards, and drive sales while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

The role requires willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to contribute to marketing events and in-store initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of store leadership in retail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates and set expectations.
• Act as the on-duty manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs such as conversion and dollars per transaction.
• Support in-store events and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Inventory teams.
