Job summary

POP MART is expanding across the United States. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee store opening and closing, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a great in-store experience. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Requires 2+ years of retail leadership, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a High School Diploma, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. POP MART offers a competitive package including 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and family leave.

Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
• More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations and developing talent.
• Act as manager on duty to deliver results and a positive customer/employee experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Drive sales and meet KPI targets (conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction).
• Support in-store events and RoboShop operations as needed.
