Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, open/close duties, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise Brand Associates, drive sales, and ensure safety and brand standards while supporting events and marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, a bias for detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Prior retail leadership and a high school diploma are preferred.
