Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead store operations, open/close procedures, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will guide Brand Associates, set standards, and communicate improvements to the Store Manager.

The role requires oversight of visual merchandising, inventory, and in-store events, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help drive sales of key products and maintain a high-energy, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with ability to manage store operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage customers professionally.
• Strong ethics and integrity; able to work independently in ambiguity.
• Proficient in using data and metrics to drive improvement.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations and goals.
• Act as the manager on duty delivering results and positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs like conversion and units per transaction.
• Support marketing events and RoboShop initiatives as needed.
• Install merchandising directives and remerchandise the floor.
• Oversee inventory and back-of-house operations.
