Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a superior customer experience across the United States. You will manage a team, uphold brand standards, and support events and RoboShop activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet store goals and ensure outstanding in-store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail knowledge and leadership experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong customer-facing skills
• 2+ years of store leadership in retail
• Ethics, integrity and trust
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Brand Associates, set expectations and develop talent
• Act as manager on duty to deliver results and ensure a positive customer and employee experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Set high store standards reflecting brand values
• Be SME on POP MART products, characters, history
• Support in-store marketing events and RoboShop initiatives
• Drive sales and improve key performance indicators
• Ensure visual merchandising and planograms are executed
• Coordinate inventory with Inventory ASM and manage back-of-house operations
