Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience of 2+ years.
• Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• High ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Experience working independently in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
