Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations across the United States, ensuring consistent opening/closing procedures and delivering a superior in-store experience.

You will manage a team of Brand Associates, act as manager on duty, maintain a safe, clean environment, and support marketing events and RoboShop initiatives while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in store operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer engagement skills.
• Ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Data-driven with metrics to back up decisions.
• Able to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates and set goals.
• Act as manager on duty to deliver results and customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support marketing events and store openings.
• Improve sales performance and meet KPIs.
• Lead visual merchandising and marketing directives.
• Work with Inventory ASM on BOH and inventory.
• Handle back of house organization and weekly inventory.
