Job summary

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build strong customer relationships to drive sales.
• Assist Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Help recruit, develop, and motivate store employees who exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Establish a strong customer service and selling culture to maximize sales.
• Supervise CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist with ordering, bank deposits, and daily paperwork.
• Attend monthly financial meetings with management.
