You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure compliance with regulations, manage cash and inventory, and foster a strong customer-focused culture.

This role requires 2+ years of management in retail or related fields, excellent communication, and a willingness to work 45–60 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in retail or related industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work 45–60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and hit sales goals.
• Implement strategies to meet store objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Foster a customer service/selling culture to maximize sales.
• Oversee ordering, banking deposits, and store audits.
• Market within the community to grow market share and revenues.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Control labor, cash, audits, and shrinkage.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and follow safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
