Qualifications

• Minimum of one year management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to engage with customers confidently and build positive relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• High-energy, collaborative management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and meet operating objectives.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and supervise staff in their absence.
• Help recruit, develop and motivate store employees to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support strategies to maximize sales and establish a strong selling culture.
• Supervise CSR activities when store manager is unavailable and perform store duties as needed.
• Handle store paperwork, deposits, orders, and monthly tasks.
• Participate in monthly financial meetings and community marketing.
