Job summary

J&H Family Stores in Lowell, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to provide leadership, drive outstanding customer service, and help achieve store goals. You will perform duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Store Manager in daily operations.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will direct activities of all employees, manage paperwork and orders, and support marketing efforts to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or related industries.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities
