Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and certifications required for the role.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service and sales programs at the showroom.
• Assist in staffing and peak-hour coverage of the sales counter.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified staff.
• Ensure prompt processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and returns processing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and safety procedures.
