Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom, ensuring team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and achieving team goals during peak hours and shifts.
• Assist in the hiring process by recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers upon shipment arrivals.
