Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team in servicing customers and manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence or opposing shifts, with a focus on exceptional service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staff alignment with service programs.
Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and guide team towards goals and training.
Participate in recruiting tasks and conduct interviews to hire qualified team members.
Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed promptly and communicate arrivals to customers.
