O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role will lead a team, manage shifts, and ensure timely processing of orders and returns while upholding company policies and training standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Support staffing during peak hours and vacations, ensuring coverage and smooth operations.
• Assist in hiring, interviews, training, and goal setting for team members.
• Ensure accountability for returns, exchanges, and accurate invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, exterior lighting, and delivery vehicles; manage opening/closing duties and security tasks.
