Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, train and manage staff, and drive store performance.

Your role involves cash handling, customer service excellence, and oversight of inventory and loans in a POS-driven setting. A focus on asset protection and adherence to standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must be able to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager
• Recruit and retain top talent and develop store employees
• Monitor assets and cash handling procedures to protect company and customer interests
• Ensure store standards and profitability through financial statements and reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
