Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address customer issues.
• Oversee training and development of staff and recruits.
• Manage store operations including cash handling, merchandising, and assets protection.
• Evaluate store financials and drive profitability; meet goals.
• Serve as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
