Job summary

FirstCash is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail setting. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting.
• Experience supervising others is required.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting and developing staff.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
