FirstCash is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead staff, recruit talent, and achieve financial targets while maintaining asset protection and compliance.

You will also contribute to training, scheduling, and performance reviews, with a compensation plan that includes hourly wages plus commission and store-based bonuses. Must be able to work in a retail environment including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to supervise others and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store employees alongside the Store Manager.
• Promote customer satisfaction and manage customer relations.
• Open and close the store; count cash drawers and protect assets.
• Monitor inventory and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
