Job summary

FirstCash is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and drive customer satisfaction. You will promote a positive work environment, manage loans and inventory, and support financial goals under the Store Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and supervise staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Open/close store, count cash, protect assets, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and store presentation to drive profitability.
• Lead store team on duty when Store Manager is away.
