FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, train staff, recruit, and drive profitability. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to meet financial goals while maintaining a customer-centric environment and strong asset protection.

Expect commission on productivity and a performance-based bonus. Role requires 6+ months of management experience, the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, and excellent cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management or 3rd key experience.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment and handle various products.
• Ability to supervise others and work with firearms certification (where required).
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and asset protection awareness.
• Proof of high school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues quickly.
• Lead and develop store employees while recruiting top talent.
• Open/close the store; manage cash drawers and assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Meet or exceed FirstCash standards and loan qualifications.
