Deckers Brands’ HOKA store in San Jose seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, improve conversion and NPS, and lead a high-performing team. You will set targets, train staff, and ensure smooth operations from opening to closing, while upholding brand standards and customer experience.

You will help recruit, onboard, and train team members, fostering energy and community involvement. Flexibility in schedule and travel may be required.

Formación

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Brand Vision and Mission to team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate resources to meet goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• As Assistant Store Manager, drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Set targets and motivate team members to achieve goals within each shift.
• Ensure operational excellence and manage labor, inventory and cash controls.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training of team members and maintain energetic service.
