Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead for a HOKA store in San Jose, CA. You will act as Manager on Duty, drive KPI targets, and open/close the store. You’ll collaborate with management to deliver exceptional customer service and promote the HOKA community.

You’ll lead with passion for the Brand, maintain product knowledge, and ensure accurate cash handling, inventory checks, and adherence to Brand standards during shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey the Deckers Brands vision and values.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive sales targets and motivate the team during your shift.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the HOKA brand and products.
• Open and close the store and manage assets when Store Manager/Asst. Manager are absent.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized back-stock and ensure merchandise is stocked per Brand standards.
• Promote the store’s image and deliver outstanding customer service to build the HOKA community.
