Job summary

You’ll drive inventory, KPI targets, and visual merchandising, while fostering community engagement and executing store initiatives to improve sales and profitability. Flexibility for local events and schedule needs is required.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Brand Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Experience coordinating and hosting regular in-store and local events.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, training, and coaching to meet short and long-term business needs.
• Drive brand awareness and education while delivering excellent service.
• Manage inventory, cash, and labor; maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Drive sales and KPIs; develop store strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Cultivate community through events and local outreach beyond the four walls of the store.
