Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to contribute to its expansion across the United States. The role focuses on store opening and closing operations and delivering a great customer and employee experience, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will manage Brand Associates, drive sales of key products like Blind boxes and MEGA, and support in-store events and RoboShop activities. Flexibility is required for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Confidence and comfort engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives.
• High School Diploma.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• You are flexible while working in a dynamic environment and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations, goals, and developing talent.
• Act as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products.
• Focus on providing a positive customer and employee experience.
• Set high store standards that reflect company brand image, values, and culture.
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, and company history information.
• Support company marketing events such as in-store events, Pop-up events, conventions, and new store openings.
• Support company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in-store RoboShop employees and RoboShop business partners as needed.
• Improve sales performance of stores and meet sales KPIs such as store conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, and store sales trends.
• Drive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
