Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as assistant manager; open/close duties.
• Develop talent and set performance expectations for Brand Associates.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Support in-store marketing events and RoboShop activities.
• Drive sales metrics including units/transactions and conversion.
