Job summary

POP MART is expanding in the United States and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, coach Brand Associates, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role requires attention to detail, strong process knowledge, and the ability to communicate barriers to the Store Manager.

You will report to the Store Manager and help drive sales of POP MART products through effective leadership and in-store events, ensuring brand standards are maintained across the store network.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in store management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Experience using data/metrics to back up decisions.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and apply new directives.
• You must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates, set expectations, and develop talent.
• Act as the manager on duty to deliver results and ensure a positive customer and employee experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and staff.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs including store conversion, transactions, and trends.
• Support marketing events, in-store activations, and new store openings.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising/Inventory teams to optimize floor plans and stock.
