Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations. The role involves leading the team, ensuring staffing during peak hours, and coaching teammates to meet goals.

Qualifications
- Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staffing during peak hours.
- Assist in hiring by participating in interviews and coordinating with management.
- Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed promptly and customers are notified.
