Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive program execution.
• Help ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and train/coach team members.
• Assist in recruiting tasks: interviews, candidate evaluation, and staffing decisions.
• Ensure calls and store communications follow company policy and procedures.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store orders and transfers; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
