Goodwill Central Texas is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support day-to-day Post Retail Outlet and Operations in the assigned building. You will supervise the Operations and Outlet teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient performance across all tasks.

You will assist in managing outlet, recycling, and dock operations while leading staff, developing talent, and upholding Goodwill's mission and service standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, recycling, or similar field with supervisory responsibilities of 50+ employees.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred.
• Strong analytical, creative, and flexible problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrate maturity of practice using servant leadership principles.
• Understand marginalization and how it impacts Goodwill’s clients and employees.
• Respect for diversity of thought and ability to advance it in teams/organization.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Physical requirements: sit, computer work; lift up to 50 pounds; light physical activity.
• Ability to cope with moderate levels of stress and maintain safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing all aspects of outlet, recycling, and dock operations.
• Assist in managing equipment status, repairs, maintenance, and safety within Post Retail.
• Recruit, select, develop, evaluate and counsel assigned employees; terminate per policy.
• Manage and supervise staff activities to meet departmental goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements.
• Attend meetings with other departments or external agencies as required.
• Maintain professional work environment and safety, cleanliness, and organization of fleet and warehouse operations.
• Provide leadership and development for assigned team and model expected behavior.
• Promote the Mission of Goodwill and provide excellent customer service.
