Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience and 2 years of customer service.
• Basic IT skills and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations run smoothly and meet customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and train staff; manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Drive sales by presenting monthly unlimited wash packages and upselling.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations per procedures.
• Monitor quality control, safety protocols, and inventory.
• Address escalations calmly and maintain professional appearance.
