This full-time position requires leadership and customer service experience, plus basic IT/POS proficiency. You will help manage scheduling, training, and safety, while coordinating with teams to deliver a fast, eco-friendly car wash experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and drive store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling; monitor expenses and maintain quality control checks.
• Follow cash handling procedures including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Address customer escalations in a calm and effective manner.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledgebase; pursue growth through training opportunities.
