Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Site Manager in Streetsboro, Ohio, to lead daily operations at the auto wash site and drive customer satisfaction. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, promoting unlimited wash club memberships, and maintaining site quality.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams, with flexibility to work weekends and to close the site once per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• Proven customer service background with de-escalation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; capable of motivating teams.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; able to close the site one night per week.
• Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Hit sales goals and educate on unlimited wash club benefits.
• Ensure wash equipment, facilities, and staffing are high quality.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage scheduling and labor budgets effectively.
• Conduct team performance reviews and reinforce policy alignment.
• Oversee inventory and procurement for site needs.
• Directly manage all site employees and ensure accountability.
