Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation techniques.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and exceed customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Coordinate recruiting, development and motivation of staff to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor, staff scheduling and ensure effective P&L oversight of supplies and utilities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures; handle customer escalations calmly.
